THE BEST EMPLOYERS IN CANADA BY FORBES
Again this year, Google is considered the best employer in the country.

Good news for Quebec, half of the top 10 Canadian employers are in Belle Province. Pratt and Whitney, an aerospace specialist based in Longueuil, finds himself in 4th position nationally. For its part, the Quebec company Hydro-Quebec is the 6th best employer in Canada, followed immediately in 7th position by Ubisoft and then Concordia University, both also located in Montreal. In 10th position is the Société de transport de Longueuil (on the south shore of Montreal).

Also, there are other Quebec companies at the top of this list, including the University of Laval (in Quebec City) which is 23rd, the city of Lévis (opposite Quebec city) stands 27th. Not far from Quebec, the city of Ottawa in Ontario is in 20th position.

To make this ranking, more than 8,000 employees from 1,500 employers with more than 500 employees were surveyed across the country.

The survey, comprising 30 detailed questions, focused on working conditions and how the employee recommends their employer to another person on a scale of 1 to 10.
